We are situated in the heart of the West Berkshire countryside and just a few minutes from the centre of Thatcham, 10 minutes from Newbury and J12 M4 / Reading.
A4 /Bath Road on Reading side of Thatcham. The entrance to our drive is opposite Colthrop Lane (signposted Bridleway, between 2 blue circular cyclist signs).
Follow the drive past the barns all the way to the end and you will find the entrance to the Manor on your left. |
